We encourage you to make alternative arrangements immediately! The city of DC is very busy during this period with other city-wide conventions and hotel rooms are in short supply.

The conference hotel, Renaissance Washington is located near Gallery Place-Chinatown metro or a short cab ride from most other downtown locations.
