Speaker Deadlines-Summit 2007

Registration
Must be completed as soon as you are accepted as a speaker

Speakers will receive an email from the IAPP conference department with a special pass code which will allow them to register online and obtain a complimentary conference pass.

Bio & Headshot
January 19

Electronic Biographies are mandatory and should be under 100 words.
Headshots are optional and should be in jpeg, gif or tif files above 300 dpi

Mandatory Presentation and/or Handouts
February 9

Presentations and/or handouts must be provided to the IAPP on time. Panels must submit PowerPoint presentations as one deck. This is a mandatory requirement, which allows the IAPP to submit for continuing legal educational credits in a timely manner.

Failure to comply with this deadline may result in the cancellation of your session and the retraction of your complimentary conference pass.

Special A/V Requirements
February 16

Each conference room comes equipped with desktop microphones, a LCD projector and a screen. Laptops are the responsibility of the panelists. If you are unable to provide a laptop please contact us by the deadline. If you have additional A/V requirements they must be approved by the IAPP by the deadline. No exceptions.
